Our views

In order to be able to improve, we want to know what you as a patient or a relative think about the care with us. We would like your views, both praise and criticism. It helps us to improve care and service at the clinic.

If you have praise, suggestions for improvements, comments or complaints, you can present them to us in several different ways:

Contact the staff
In the first instance you should contact the staff or operations manager of that department/reception you have been treated. You can call or send a letter.

The patient committee is an independent and impartial body that can inform you about your rights in healthcare. They can also give you advice and support if you want to seek compensation for damage you suffered in connection with care. The patient committee can help you as a patient or a relative to bring complaints to the organization and ensure that they are answered. The patient committee does not investigate complaints itself, but functions as a support for you and as a link to the business.
